Welcome to Magnolia Dentistry, the beautiful, new office of Dr. Anna Refai! We appreciate you choosing us as your oral healthcare provider. There are many dentists to choose from in Atlanta, and we know that you have made the best choice.
Your first visit to Magnolia Dentistry is a special one that we call the ‘New Patient Experience.’ This visit will take approximately two hours as we take a comprehensive look at your teeth, gums, TMJ, muscles, and face with photos, X-rays, 3D imaging, digital scanning, periodontal and comprehensive oral exams. Dr. Refai and her team will then determine what type of dental cleaning you will need based upon this information. If you have recent X-rays (within the past year), please email these ahead of time, so that we can be prepared for your visit.
If anything should change, please let the office know as soon as possible. We have reserved this spot especially for you. Because we are a small, boutique-style dental office, our focus is on you, our patient, and not on your insurance. Dr. Refai accepts almost all dental insurance companies. To help us determine what is covered for your dental appointment, please submit your paperwork at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Without this information, we do not know what is covered by your dental insurance. When you come to the office, as a courtesy to our patients, we will process the insurance claims for you. Sometimes the appointment is fully covered, and sometimes there is a difference. If there is a difference, it is due at the time of services. If you do not have insurance, Dr. Refai has created an in-office insurance plan, called the ‘MD plan’ to cover all preventative care; please ask us about it.
If there is anything that we can do to make your appointment more comfortable, please let us know. We have overhead TV’s to watch Netflix, soft warm blankets, a beverage station, heated dental chairs with massages, etc. every possible amenity to make this your best experience at a dental office! In fact, we want you to look forward to your dental visits! We want to help you look good and feel good.
