Magnolia Dentistry is pleased to offer a Preventative Incentive Plan (PIP) for patients without dental insurance!
$499.00 Annual Membership includes two regular cleanings with:
- X-rays
- Dental Exam
- Fluoride Varnish
- Oral Cancer Screening
PLUS 10% off restorative work, such as fillings or crowns. This is a value of up to $750.00 if priced separately, not including a 10% discount on work scheduled and completed (varies per patient).
Only patients without dental insurance qualify for PIP. Must be paid at the time of your first cleaning and exam appointment. Cleaning and exam appointments must be scheduled six months apart.
Exception: Patients can schedule up to two weeks prior with one changed appointment within the six-month date. If you don’t show up for your appointment, you will forfeit the second cleaning and exam appointment already included in the price. Please note that this is to keep you on a regular preventive schedule.
